What is Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout performed on a spring-based machine called a reformer. The springs provide adjustable resistance, making exercises accessible for beginners while offering challenge for experienced practitioners.

Find Your Class
50-minute sessions with a maximum of 6 clients per class, so every session feels personal. We offer two levels — our most popular class, suitable for all levels and an advanced class for those ready to push further.
Reformer Pilates
A full-body session blending strength, control, and mindful movement. Suitable for all levels — no experience needed.
Reformer Advanced
For those ready to progress. More layered sequences, increased challenge, and a stronger focus on precision and control.

Comfortable clothes & grip socks
Activewear you can move in, and grip socks (available at the studio for £10).
Arrive 5 minutes early
Free parking right outside Alpha Athletic. Classes are 50 minutes, so there's time between sessions to get settled.
Once you're here
Head in through the main entrance of Alpha Athletic — reception will point you to the studio on the right-hand side of the gym.
Every class is beginner-friendly. Your instructor will get you set up and guide you through everything.

Please let your instructor know before class. Many conditions can be accommodated with modifications, though medical clearance may be needed for some.
Most clients feel a difference after 3–5 sessions. We recommend 1–2 sessions per week for beginners, building to 2–3+ sessions for faster progress. Read more about the benefits →

Clients must be 15 or over. Those under 18 require parental consent.
No, you do not need to be an Alpha Athletic member to attend Vitális classes.
