A Space for Everyone
Vitális Studios was born from a simple belief: that everyone deserves access to thoughtful, guided movement in a welcoming environment. Located inside Alpha Athletic in the heart of Newport, Shropshire, we're proud to be the town's first dedicated reformer Pilates studio.
Our classes are intentionally small — a maximum of six per session — so every client receives personal attention, whether you're stepping onto a reformer for the first time or refining a practice you've had for years.

Nadia
Founder & Lead Instructor
Nadia brings warmth, patience, and expertise to every class — Level 3 and Level 4 qualified in both Reformer and Mat Pilates. Her approach makes reformer Pilates accessible and enjoyable for clients of all ages and fitness levels.
Maurice
Co-founder
Maurice co-founded Vitális Studios to bring Newport's first dedicated reformer Pilates experience to life.
Kayla
Instructor
Reformer Pilates instructor, personal trainer, and yoga teacher with a degree in Fitness, Nutrition & Health. Kayla brings an anatomy-led approach to every session.
From Vision to Studio
Vitális didn't happen overnight. It started as an idea, grew through months of planning and renovation, and became something we're incredibly proud of.
The Spark
Pilates changed the way Nadia moved and felt. Newport was missing a dedicated reformer space — somewhere personal.
Creating the Brand
Vitális — from the Latin for “life” and “vitality”.
Before the reformers arrived, the identity had to feel right.
Building the Space
Months of construction inside Alpha Athletic. A raw space became something special.
Opening Night
22 November 2025. Friends, family, and the Newport community. The space felt alive from day one.
