Grand Opening Weekend
After months of planning, building, designing, and dreaming — Vitális Studios officially opened its doors on 22 November 2025 at our stunning location inside Alpha Athletic, Newport, Shropshire.
What a special afternoon it was. We enjoyed so many warm conversations from those of you who stopped by on your way to the Christmas lights switch-on to enjoy a glass of fizz and some delicious cupcakes from Amelia's Cake Shed.
It was a joy to meet so many new members of this brand-new community — so many who are completely new to reformer Pilates.
A Studio Built With Intention
Vitális Studios was created with one clear intention: to offer a beautiful, welcoming space where people of all ages and levels can move, breathe, and feel their best.
It was great to have the opportunity to show how our state-of-the-art reformers work, and explain how our small class sizes and personalised guidance bring something completely new to Newport.
Every detail in our studio has been designed with calmness, relaxation, and luxury in mind — to make your experience as enjoyable as possible.
